Year Round Fresh Peach Salsa - 52 Side Dishes and BBQ Grilling Time Secret Extras

This is one of those perfect bite recipes.

The salsa is filled with sweet summer peachy flavors (year round cause I used canned peaches... Don't judge, most of the year those are by far the freshest peaches in the store.

But I combines that bite with a bit of spicy Coffee Rubbed Steak that I posted about yesterday.  This combination of cool and sweet paired with the spices from the beef (with rub) makes this one of those unforgettable combinations.

Of course the salsa can be enjoyed year round, with any combination of main courses or just a bowl of chips and it is fantastic.  Makes a terrific appetizer, side or condiment.

This recipe is getting moved forward in my recipe file to be made again and again... year round when you want a little sweet bite of summer!

Enjoy indeed!
