FAST and EASY Oatmeal HONEY Peanut Butter CHOCOLATE No Bake Cookie

Some days you wake up wanting a little something sweet.

Here's a gem that just about everyone already has all of the ingredients in their pantry just waiting for assembly

Foes great with a glass of COLD COLD Milk!

OK, Here's what I did...

Oatmeal - Peanut Butter - CHOCOLATE
No Bake Cookie

Ingredients
  • 1 Stick (1/2 Cup) Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/3 Cup Half and Half (Can use while milk or even 2%)
  • 4 TBS Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 3-1/2 Cups Cooking Oats (The Quaker Oats guy type)
  • 2 TBS Vanilla Extract
Cooking Directions
  1. In a heavy bottomed sauce pan over medium heat, mix the Half and Half, Honey, Butter and Sugar until blended and begins to gently simmer. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the Peanut Butter and Cocoa Powder and continue to stir until combined.
  3. Add the Vanilla and pats, remove from heat and stir to combine.
  4. Drop one rounded tsp at a time on to wax paper, cool until set, about 30 minutes.
  5. Eat a couple with a COLD glass of milk and ENJOY!!!
I LOVE These Cookies!

First, they are FAST.  Total cooking time is under an hour from box to stomach!

Next, they are EASY.  Just a little stovetop heating, but really very easy.  Once you get them off the stovetop, they would be great cooking project for young children.  Just form and drop and they are cooking!

They have the illusion of being healthy.  Certainly healthier than your standard cookie. Loaded with peanut butter and partially sweetened with Honey but the star of the healthy aspect of this show is the oats.

But none of that would matter without the taste... Plenty of CHOCOLATE!  with hints of peanut butter and honey.  The rough texture of the Oats ...  All in all, a wonderful cookie!

They are a winner!

Uniquely Delicious!
