I don't care for the rotissiere chicken because the legss are always burned dry, but never fear....I buy two raw whole chickens every week, they come in a two pack at my local Walmart for around 8.00 depending on weight. I boil them with water salt, garlic, carrots, etc. until falling apart tender, remove chicken, strain broth....cool. I save the broth for future recipes, and when cool I pick the chicken. we called it exploded chicken and store it in the fridge. I am always looking for new ways to use this exploded chicken! thanks for your tips....check the weights on your rotisserie chicken and the weight on the raw, run an experiment...buy one of both....explode them and weigh your meat...which ended up cheaper? I'm interested in your results. love your recipes! thanks for sharing!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03877503897439752419noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8266260480940437055.post-77264757429288965172012-08-23T09:07:46.274-05:002012-08-23T09:07:46.274-05:00Are these "rolls" or are they large/regu...Are these "rolls" or are they large/regular canned biscuits, like "grands"?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8266260480940437055.post-59694246829587283832012-07-18T16:48:02.117-05:002012-07-18T16:48:02.117-05:00http://www.realsimple.com/food-recipes/browse-all-...http://www.realsimple.com/food-recipes/browse-all-recipes/chicken-dill-souvlaki-00000000000681/index.html

This is one of my go to favorites for rotisserie chicken!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8266260480940437055.post-8804289204151957742011-08-07T16:51:06.334-05:002011-08-07T16:51:06.334-05:00Thank you so much for your kind words.
